We Are Still on the Road

It is the 1st of January 2026.

A new year has arrived — not with fireworks for everyone, but quietly for many. Some woke up hopeful. Some woke up tired. Some are still carrying things from last year that didn’t magically disappear at midnight.

Wherever you are, welcome.

Time flies. July became December, and December became January — just like that. And with time moving so quickly, the question is no longer “What do I want?” but “How do I live more intentionally?”

This year is not about rushing.

It is about improving how you travel.

Improvement does not mean becoming someone else. It means refining how you move, how you decide, how you rest, and how you prepare.

In 2026, we don’t carry everything. We carry what sustains us.

We carry:

lessons, not guilt

discipline, not pressure

faith, even when it’s quiet

courage, even when the road is unclear

Some journeys will still be slow.

Some days will still be heavy.

But slow does not mean stuck, and heavy does not mean hopeless.

You don’t need ten people to move forward.

You need enough provision for today.

If your tomb is next to the road, then movement is part of your calling. But movement without intention leads to exhaustion. This year, we choose direction over speed.

So as 2026 opens its gates, don’t demand too much from yourself on day one. Just commit to travelling better than you did before.

Pack wisely.

Move gently.

Stay awake.

The journey continues.
